Your account lives on the operator's own platform, and only the operator can verify, restore or unblock it. This page explains how signing in works at Spinit and what to do when it doesn't.
Reaching your account in four steps
- Open the operator's site in your browser – type the address or use a bookmark you saved yourself.
- Find and click the sign-in button.
- Enter the email address and password you chose when you registered.
- Confirm, and you're in.
No account yet? Registration happens on the operator's platform too – look for the sign-up option on the same page.
The sign-in route on desktop and phone
The same account works on both. On a phone, open Spinit's site in your mobile browser – Safari, Chrome, Firefox – and sign in exactly as you would on a laptop. Same email, same password.
The operator's site adapts to smaller screens, so the sign-in button may sit in a menu rather than at the top of the page. Tap it, enter your credentials, and the account opens.
Common failure causes and what to do
When signing in fails, one of these is usually why:
- Wrong email or password. Check for typos. Email addresses are case-insensitive, but passwords are not – "Password1" and "password1" are different.
- Caps Lock is on. Turn it off and try again.
- Account not verified. The operator may have sent a confirmation link to your registration email when you signed up. Find it and click it, then try signing in again.
- Browser issue. Clear your cookies and cache, or try a different browser. Sometimes an old session blocks a new one.
- Regional restriction. Spinit does not accept players from 27 countries – Afghanistan, Armenia, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, China, Curaçao, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Georgia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Lithuania, Malta, the Republic of Moldova, Romania, Russia, North Korea, Netherlands, Netherlands Antilles, Sweden, Ukraine (including Crimea), the United Kingdom, the United States, and Côte d'Ivoire. If you're in one of them, the operator blocks access at account level.
- Self-exclusion in force. If you asked the operator to close your account for a set period, it stays closed until that time is up. This is not a bug – it's working as it should. See the responsible gambling section below if you need support.
One of these usually explains it. If none of them fits, contact the operator's support – details in the section below.
Password recovery through the operator
Forgotten your password? The operator runs a reset process. Look for a "Forgot password?" or "Reset password" link near the sign-in box. Click it, enter the email address you registered with, and the operator sends a reset link to that inbox. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes.
The link takes you to a page where you choose a new password. Pick one you're not using anywhere else.
If the email address you registered with is no longer accessible – you've lost access to the inbox or closed the account – contact Spinit's support directly. They'll ask you to verify your identity before they can help.
Verification holds and account restrictions
Sometimes signing in works, but the account is restricted. Here's why that happens:
| Cause | What happens |
|---|---|
| Identity verification pending | The operator asks for ID, proof of address, or payment-method documents before and after deposits, and before withdrawals. You can sign in, but certain actions are blocked until you upload what's been requested. Documents must arrive within 30 days. |
| Inactive account | After 180 days without a bet, the operator charges a dormant account fee of 5 EUR per month. The account stays open, but the balance drops. |
| Self-exclusion | If you asked to close your account via email to [email protected], it remains closed for the period you specified. The operator won't lift it early – that's the point. |
Verification is standard. Gather the documents and send them through the channel the operator names – usually email or an upload form in your account. Verification typically completes within 10 days after everything's been received.
Where support is
Account problems go to the operator, not to us. Spinit offers two channels:
- Email: [email protected]
- Live chat: available 24/7
Before you contact them, have these to hand: the email address you registered with, the date and time the problem started, and the exact error message you're seeing (take a screenshot if you can). The more detail you give, the faster support can trace what's gone wrong.
Keeping access safe
A few practical steps keep your account secure:
- Sign in only on the operator's real site. Type the address yourself or use a bookmark – never click a link in an email or a message claiming to be from Spinit. Phishing pages look identical to the real thing.
- Use a password you're not using anywhere else. If one site leaks, a unique password keeps the damage contained.
- Sign out when you're done, especially on a shared device. A browser left open on a shared computer is an open account.
